Department: WWE Consumer Products
The WWE Consumer Products team is central to the company’s merchandise strategy, overseeing product development, in-venue retail, and licensing for WWE events and WWEShop.com. This extensive responsibility includes managing WWE’s product lines, partnerships, and licenses. The team designs, delivers, and sells a wide range of apparel and retail goods—from custom event t-shirts to toys—both at WWE’s 2-3 weekly live events across different cities and online.
Responsibilities:
- Learn to complete CRFs (creative request forms) for retail items pertaining to each WWE show.
- Support the timely shipment of items to ensure successful on-site store setups for every event.
- Assist with social development, content creation, marketing, and licensing initiatives.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including creative services and accounting, to design, order, and deliver products for multiple weekly events.
- Provide assistance with on-site event setup when possible and contribute to preparing team members for successful event execution.
Qualifications:
- Extremely knowledgeable about WWE programming and talent, including specific details relevant to retail products; demonstrating a strong passion for WWE.
- A proactive “go-getter” and team player, who is well-researched and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing and consumer goods.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
Program Details:
This internship is one of many opportunities offered across TKO Group Holdings’ properties, including IMG, On Location, Professional Bull Riders (PBR), TKO Corporate, UFC, and WWE.
- Locations: New York City, Atlanta, Austin, Raleigh, Dallas, Fort Worth, Las Vegas, and Stamford, CT.
- Format: All internships are in-office and in-person, unless otherwise specified.
- Benefits: In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns will participate in:
- Welcome and farewell sessions.
- A speaker series featuring company leaders.
- Career training workshops covering LinkedIn profile enhancement, resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.
Important Dates:
- By February 2nd: Internships are posted to career sites.
- February 28th: Application deadline.
- March 1st to March 27th: Recruiters will contact candidates and begin the interview process.
- March 30th to April 17th: Offers will be extended to selected candidates.
- May 18th: Program start date.
- Program Duration: 12 weeks, from May 18th through August 7th.

Eligibility:
- Our program is designed for rising juniors, rising seniors, and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university, unless otherwise noted.

We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location and typically align with local required minimums, varying by country.
