Job Overview: MHC Operations Intern Program

The MHC Operations Intern Program offers a dynamic and hands-on 12-week summer experience, serving as an accelerated introduction to our full-time Management Trainee Program. This internship provides a deep dive into the operational intricacies of either our Parts or Service Department. As an intern, you will gain invaluable practical experience by rotating through various positions within your assigned department, directly contributing to business operations and understanding how a multi-million-dollar dealership functions day-to-day.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Hands-on Business Execution: Actively participate in and execute critical business initiatives, gaining direct experience across all facets of the dealership.
