About the Job: Sales Incentives & Enablement Specialist
This pivotal role drives sales performance through strategic sales enablement and the meticulous execution of incentive programs. As a Sales Incentives & Enablement Specialist, you will be instrumental in designing, managing, and implementing competitive, digitized global sales incentive plans that are specifically engineered to motivate sellers and deliver key revenue and business results aligned with IBM’s overarching strategy. This position demands a strong commitment to financial integrity, operational excellence, and maintaining a robust controls posture, all while serving as a trusted business advisor to various stakeholders.
Your Role And Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Incentives Design:
• Deliver comprehensive sales enablement strategy and expertly execute the end-to-end incentives process.
• Support the creation, ensure the financial integrity, and oversee the successful implementation of competitive, balanced sales incentive plans.
• Design, manage, and execute digitized global sales incentives consistently aligned with compensation principles and IBM’s Go-to-Market strategy.
• Provide insightful analysis and data-driven recommendations to inform critical decisions related to IBM’s sales plan design and client segmentation processes.
• Performance & Business Impact:
• Ensure incentive plans are strategically designed to motivate sellers, driving sustained revenue growth and achieving business results aligned with IBM strategy.
• Deliver high-quality, value-add solutions and expert guidance, acting as a trusted business advisor in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Process Excellence & Innovation:
• Maintain a satisfactory controls posture throughout all stages of the incentives process, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Execute a dynamic management system that champions agility, fosters innovation, promotes simplification, drives automation, and supports continuous process improvement.
