A significant component is a team-based project addressing critical business issues, supported by leadership.

Our intern experience provides professional-level learning in the following key areas:

  • Customer Service: Providing friendly, professional assistance both in-store and over the phone.

  • Team Collaboration: Supporting teammates and resolving basic customer concerns effectively.
  • Project Responsibility: Working on a team-based project that tackles a real business challenge.

Upon successful completion of the program, interns are highly encouraged to apply to the Management & Sales Training Program (“MTP”) to further their career with Sherwin-Williams.

Note: College graduates are not eligible to participate in this internship program but are encouraged to apply directly to our Management and Sales Training Program (“MTP”).
