Sales Internship – Foodservice & On Premise Team

This is a full-time, paid internship specifically designed for undergraduate students pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sales, or other business-related programs. The internship offers hands-on, real-world experience within the dynamic beverage industry.

Key Internship Details:

• Shift: Full-Time, approximately 12 weeks during Summer 2026
• Hourly Pay Rate: $23/hr
• Location: Eagan, MN (Field-based role)
• Targeted Graduation Date: Between December 2026 – May/June 2027

About the Role:

The Sales Internship will directly support our Foodservice & On Premise team in a field-based capacity. Interns will work collaboratively with experienced sales professionals to gain practical experience in:

• Strengthening existing client relationships
• Identifying new customer opportunities
• Executing strategic sales priorities and initiatives
• Assisting in organizing and executing special events

Interns will also attend regular sales meetings and develop a comprehensive understanding of the full RCCB supply chain, including manufacturing, logistics, sales, and merchandising.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform and accomplish tasks, activities, and projects with guidance from an Intern Manager.
• Meet and/or exceed project deliverables and deadlines.
• Develop technical expertise as needed for the functional area.
• Develop business acumen by seizing opportunities to learn.
• Apply functional academic knowledge and skills to the specific internship position with a professional approach.
• Collaborate with members of their designated team and build relationships with customers, leaders, and peers within the company.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or other business-related programs.
• 0 to 1 years of general work experience.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales within the beverage industry after graduation.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have reliable automobile transportation.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Company will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
