Job Summary:

As a Junior IT Support & Integrations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential technical support to our internal teams and assisting with key business integration tasks. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your IT skills across hardware, software, networking, and gain valuable exposure to critical business integrations, working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Assist in responding to basic helpdesk tickets, calls, and emails.
  • Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (e.g., MFA, VPN, email, printing).
  • Support setup and movement of workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Help with basic data cabling tasks such as labeling or simple terminations.
  • Assist with inventory tracking of IT hardware, software licenses, and supplies.
  • Assist the Integrations team with basic integration testing requests from partners (e.g., DiCentral, SPS Commerce, and third-party middleware clients).
  • Help review or route integration‑related helpdesk tickets.
  • Provide support for troubleshooting and escalating integration issues to senior team members.
  • Assist with creating or modifying simple retailer EDI label templates (SSCC‑14).
  • Participate in IT projects such as software rollouts, hardware deployments, or testing new tools.
  • Work with team members to research issues and document solutions.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in the following areas:

  • Knowledge of Zebra thermal label printer repair and maintenance
  • Microsoft Windows OS – Windows 11
  • Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook and Excel
  • Google Chrome
  • VNC and other remote support tools
  • Virus detection and removal
  • Troubleshooting Windows and web-based applications
  • Knowledge of data wiring (CAT, Fiber etc.)
  • Knowledge of Hardware implementations and limitations
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory
  • Data backup and recovery – Clonezilla, Shadow Copy
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Asset management and system monitoring software i.e. Solarwind, Netwrix etc.
  • SQL skills.
  • Knowledge of Bartender, Crystal Reports or other label templating software preferred.
