Internship Details:
- Location: Anaheim, CA area
- Duration: Full-time commitment from January 2027 – May 2027

What You Will Do
As an Industrial Engineering Professional Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting Industrial Engineering analysis projects, particularly in areas of operational planning support, workload planning and forecasting, capacity utilization, and efficiency/process improvements.
- Ensuring the application of appropriate methodology, measurements, tools, and quantitative techniques (e.g., data collection, computer simulation, statistics, process flow analysis) in all projects.
- Leading and participating in team efforts, working on projects that require interfacing with all levels of cast and management.

- Proven strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven strong interpersonal skills
- Proven strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Willingness to learn new software applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior related work experience with a focus on problem-solving.
Education Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Industrial Engineering program with an intended graduation date on or after May 2027.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (please note: no rounding) – transcript submission is required.
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree (taking at least one class at time of application posting) OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess unrestricted work authorization.
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program.
Additional Information
- Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.
- Fully available to work full-time (40 hours per week) from January – May 2027.
- Fully available Monday – Friday and occasional evenings and/or weekends depending on project needs.
- Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Anaheim, CA area.
- Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work and across Disneyland Resort property for on-site projects.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $31 per hour (for roles in California).
