Department: Olympic Games Product Management

The Product Management function for the Olympic Games at On Location operates at the unique intersection of premium hospitality, advanced ticketing systems, and large-scale event operations. This team is dedicated to building and managing official product offerings that deliver world-class guest experiences at the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

On Location is the Official Hospitality Provider for multiple upcoming Olympic Games, including Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026, and Los Angeles 2028. The team is responsible for creating curated experiences that combine official Olympic tickets with elevated hospitality, travel arrangements, and seamless on-site services. This product team plays a critical role in shaping the entire guest journey—from the initial product design and system builds to flawless execution at the host city.

Responsibilities

As a Product Management Intern, you will be integral in supporting the core functions of the Olympic Games Product Management team:

  • Support the planning and execution of premium hospitality and ticket products for Olympic and Paralympic Games.
  • Assist with building and maintaining product offerings across ticketing, hospitality, travel, and on-site experiences.
  • Help manage product inventory and internal systems supporting ticket builds, pricing, and customer delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, marketing, sales, and customer service to support product launches and updates.
  • Support product testing, documentation, and training efforts ahead of key milestones and event execution.
  • Assist with tracking timelines, deliverables, and readiness for major product launches and event periods.
  • Help collect and organize customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform product improvements.
  • Support on-site product operations during Olympic host city events, as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (entering junior year or later at the time of the internship) in business, engineering, computer science, design, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document work clearly and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Demonstrated interest in product management, technology, and understanding how digital products are built, launched, and improved.
  • Comfortable working with data at a basic level (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, or academic projects) and learning new tools quickly.
  • Experience through coursework, internships, or side projects involving product thinking, user research, or software development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile concepts or common product tools such as Jira, Figma, Notion, or analytics platforms is helpful but not required.

Program Details

Our internship program offers invaluable experience across various TKO brands. This specific opportunity is with On Location.

  • Locations: Internships are offered in New York City, Atlanta, Austin, Raleigh, Dallas, Fort Worth, Las Vegas, and Stamford, CT.
  • Format: All internships are in the office and in-person, unless explicitly noted otherwise.
  • Program Benefits: In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in a comprehensive program including:
    • Welcome and farewell sessions.
    • A speaker series featuring company leaders.
    • Career training workshops covering LinkedIn profile enhancement, resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.
  • Work Schedule: Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.

Important Dates

Please note the following key dates for the internship program:

  • By January 30th: Internships are posted to our career sites.
  • February 28th: Applications will be accepted through this date.
  • March 1st to March 27th: Recruiters will contact candidates and begin the interview process.
  • March 30th to April 17th: Offers will be extended to selected candidates.
  • May 18th: Program start date.
  • The program will run for 12 weeks from May 18th through August 7th.

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process consists of four structured steps:

  2. Video Interview with a Recruiter: If selected for the next round, you will be contacted by the recruiting team to schedule a 30-minute video interview.
  3. Video Interview with the Hiring Manager: If selected to move forward, you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1-2 additional team members.
  4. Offer or Decline: If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected, a recruiter will reach out to let you know.

Eligibility

  • Our program is specifically designed for rising juniors, rising seniors, and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university, unless otherwise noted.
  • Immigration Sponsorship: Candidates must indicate if they now or in the future require Endeavor (TKO’s parent company) to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to employ them (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case).

Pay

We offer paid internships. The hourly rates vary based on location and typically align with local required minimums.

  • Pay rates are determined by a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • TKO strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include the base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits (such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings).

Hiring Rate Minimum: $13.50 hourly (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum: $18.00 hourly
