A Day in the Life: About the Internship Program

As one of only 4 Summer Interns, you will be immersed in a truly unique learning experience. The insurance industry offers diverse career paths, and our goal is for you to experience them all firsthand, discovering where your interests lie and how your skills can be best utilized.

This is a comprehensive internship program designed to provide you with real-world business, risk management, and insurance experience. You will:

• Apply Classroom Concepts: Learn to apply the theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom through practical project work and direct client interaction.
• Develop Professional Skills: Acquire and hone essential professional skills that will benefit your entire career.
• Explore Career Paths: Gain insight into all areas of the insurance industry, helping you identify your interests and find your place. The program aims to act as a springboard into full-time careers, particularly focusing on building a solid foundation for our Client Management or Sales career pathways.
• Receive Industry Training: Unlike typical internships, you’ll receive real industry training and engage in relevant work experience – no coffee fetching!

Our Future Colleague: Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to meet you if you possess the following skills and qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, majoring in a Business-related field.
• Preferably a junior or senior in your academic year.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possesses a working knowledge of social media and other online platforms.

Additional Qualifications (A Plus, But Not Required):

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
