About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our next generation of digital products. In this critical role, you will be the voice of the customer, the visionary for the product, and the orchestrator of cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a key area of our digital platform, from ideation and research to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Prioritize product backlogs effectively, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and user experience.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and use data-driven insights to inform future product enhancements and iterations.
• Act as a strong advocate for the user, ensuring that all products deliver exceptional value and a seamless experience.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of product management processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful digital products.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, create roadmaps, and execute product launches.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in using product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and A/B testing frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
