Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements across our entire technology stack, encompassing both frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code while adhering to established best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring the highest standards of code quality, performance, security, and scalability.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure the reliability and resilience of our systems in production.
• Contribute significantly to the architectural evolution of our platform, identifying opportunities for improvement and advocating for robust, forward-thinking engineering solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, sharing knowledge, best practices, and fostering a collaborative environment for skill development and growth.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending their adoption to enhance our technical capabilities.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality software.
• Demonstrated expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, coupled with a deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in backend development using languages like Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or Ruby, and experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Spring Boot).
• Extensive experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data migration.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and an understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, and software design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
