About the Role:
The Branch Intern will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive and confidential administrative support to Financial Advisors (FA), branch support staff, and branch management. This dynamic position also offers the opportunity to engage in various special projects, contributing directly to the branch’s operations and strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Perform a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative duties for Financial Advisors, branch support staff, and branch management.
- Handle essential administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, scanning documents, preparing travel and expense reports, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Collect necessary information for performance reports and coordinate the appropriate paperwork and materials required for client meetings.
- Execute general clerical duties vital for the daily operation of the branch.
- Actively participate in special projects initiated by Financial Advisors and for the broader branch operations.

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage large amounts of information and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong collaborative abilities, capable of working effectively and as part of a diverse team.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Required: 1-2 years of industry-related college coursework.
Licenses & Credentials:
- Minimum Required: None.
Systems & Technology:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Hourly Salary: USD $18.00/Hr.
