About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic Platform Development team. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance microservices and APIs using modern programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, Java).
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decision-making for core platform components, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant and efficient technical solutions.
• Implement and advocate for best practices in software development, including rigorous code reviews, comprehensive testing, clear documentation, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD).
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
• Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, cost-efficiency, and maintainability, leveraging monitoring and observability tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, participating in on-call rotations as needed to ensure high availability and reliability of our services.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative solutions, advocating for their adoption where appropriate to enhance our platform.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems and distributed architectures.
• Expert proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Go, Python, Java, or C#, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) and data modeling principles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns, with the ability to apply them to real-world problems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to non-technical stakeholders.
