Job Description

This is an internship opportunity at ALKU, designed for individuals eager to grow and contribute significantly to the company’s business.

Role Overview
This internship is structured to provide a comprehensive introduction to the sales cycle within the staffing industry. Interns are expected to be active participants, driving ALKU accounts and business from day one. The program aims to develop foundational sales skills, build professional networks, and offer a clear pathway to full-time employment at ALKU.

Key Responsibilities
Driving Business: Personally driving the needle forward on ALKU accounts and business.
Sales Cycle Engagement: Getting acquainted with every side of the sales cycle.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Driving ALKU business through lead generation, outreach, and sourcing efforts.
Problem Solving: Solving problems on the fly as they arise.
Industry Learning: Learning the staffing industry inside and out.
Skill & Network Development: Developing foundational skills and building a professional network.
Sales Focus: Learning both sides of sales (recruiting and account management) to determine the best fit.

Training & Mentorship
Specialized Training: Participation in the “Circuit” program, a specialized intern training program that includes hands-on experience, skill development, and real-time feedback.
Sales Superstars Guidance: Working under the guidance of ALKU sales superstars.
Dedicated Mentor: Teaming up with a seasoned, full-time ALKU sales mentor who serves as a point of reference, guidance, and support throughout the internship.
Growth Focus: Emphasis on both personal and professional growth.
