This is a Musician Success Manager Intern position at Tunepact, offered as a remote, unpaid internship for a duration of three months.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, working closely with the founder and the core team to support independent artists throughout their journey with Tunepact, from initial onboarding to sustained growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Artist Outreach and Engagement: Actively finding and connecting with independent musicians.
• Platform Guidance: Guiding artists through Tunepact’s various tools, such as Tunepage, the AI Marketing Planner, and the Fan CRM, ensuring they understand their functionalities.
• Growth Enablement: Educating musicians on how to effectively leverage the Tunepact platform and its features to grow their careers and audience.
• Relationship Building: Fostering strong, long-term relationships with artists, acting as their point of contact and support system.
• Feedback Collection: Assisting with the gathering of valuable product feedback from users to inform ongoing development and improvements.
• Communication Management: Managing email and CRM communications with artists, ensuring timely and effective interaction.
• Community Support: Contributing to and supporting the Tunepact Discord community, fostering a vibrant and helpful environment for musicians.
• Strategy Contribution: Playing a part in the overall user success strategies, helping to define and implement approaches that enhance artist satisfaction and retention.

The ultimate goal of this internship is to ensure musicians succeed on the Tunepact platform, converting them into active and, eventually, paid users of the service.

Qualifications:
Candidates for this role should possess:
• Essential Skills: Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude in Relationship Management, Communication, and Collaboration. Strong abilities in Research, Project Coordination, and Organizational Management are also crucial.
• Industry Interest: A genuine interest in the music industry, particularly independent artists, and a passion for helping creators grow their careers.
• Technical Proficiency: Tech-savviness and comfort using various digital tools, including social media platforms, email marketing tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and community platforms like Discord.
• Adaptability: The ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Beneficial Experience (Plus): Prior experience or coursework in fields such as music business, marketing, artist management, digital media, or other related areas.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with musician communities, music playlisting, artist outreach strategies, or content creation.
