Example Assignment Areas: Intern assignments can occur in various functional areas within the Finance organization, including:

Business Finance Counsel: Providing business counsel, analysis, and financial recommendations for a specific business segment, product line, plant, or staff organization.
Auditing: Performing audits in specific organizations or engaging in audit process improvement projects as part of one or more auditing teams.
Business Accounting: Working on projects to improve global financial accounting processes, or being responsible for a process or business segment to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely financial reporting, analysis, and process standardization.
Treasury: Engaging in specific projects to assess and make recommendations on investment or risk management strategies.
Plant Analyst Center: Analyzing improvement opportunities within the US Plant Financial Analyst Center, aiming to create, standardize, or optimize processes or reporting for US plant financial support.
Insights & Analytics: Applying programming skills and advanced statistical modeling techniques to large datasets to provide insights into major finance questions and problems.
Other: Potential assignments in Tax or Corporate Accounting.

Your Skills and Expertise

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications (at a minimum):
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Additional Qualifications (that could enhance success):
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, economics, business, information systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Completed a minimum of sophomore year (4 semesters) by the start of the internship.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated high ethical standards and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and team skills.
