Job Description (2026 Product Mgmt Intern):

This is an onsite, full-time Product Management Intern position for the year 2026, with the Job Number 333956. The role is classified as an Individual Contributor on the First Shift, primarily located in Augusta, Georgia, US.

Responsibilities:
• Perform market research to determine the profitability and feasibility of new product ideas for Textron Specialized Vehicles (TSV) brands.
• Identify and define new product opportunities that effectively serve the needs of both TSV dealers and end consumers.
• Consult with various internal functions, including sales, marketing, sourcing, engineering, warehouse, and ecommerce, to lead new product processes.
• Assess market competition by comparing the company’s products to those offered by competitors.
• Work collaboratively with the product manager to identify and define gaps within the current product portfolio.
• Complete assigned projects aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Product Management team.

Qualifications:
• Education: Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or Engineering.
• GPA: A GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
• Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Work Ethic: Must be action and result oriented.
