About the Job: Product Validation Intern

This internship is with the Product Validation team in St. Nazianz. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that all CNH equipment meets stringent durability, performance, and quality expectations before it reaches customers. Comprising test engineers and technicians, the team is responsible for building, testing, and analyzing prototype machines, serving as the final checkpoint to confirm products deliver on reliability and customer satisfaction.

As a Product Validation Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and direct exposure to the product development cycle. You will work closely with experienced engineers, technicians, and even interact with customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities for this internship may include:

• Supporting the assembly of prototype components and entire machines for validation testing.
• Assisting in data acquisition and analysis to accurately assess the performance of systems and complete machines.
• Participating directly in various testing activities, including durability, performance, and software testing on full vehicles.
• Supporting field testing activities, which involves interacting with customers and gathering crucial real-world performance feedback.
• Collaborating with engineers and technicians to identify potential issues, troubleshoot problems, and recommend effective improvements to products.
• Documenting test results and contributing to comprehensive reports that are utilized for product validation and making informed improvement decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates must be actively pursuing, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields or a closely related discipline:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Agricultural Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
