Job Description
The 2026 Communications Intern will be responsible for assisting in various communication initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting in defining, developing, and executing communications strategies to effectively inform and engage company stakeholders, including 3,500 global employees, surrounding communities, and civic leaders.
• Planning and executing internal and external communications across multiple mediums, such as regularly published internal newsletters, company intranet sites, social media, and face-to-face meetings and events.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of employee and community-engagement events to drive positive morale among the workforce and position the company as a solid corporate citizen and employer of choice in its communities.
• Assisting in the development of engaging content to support communications initiatives, including photo and video production and internal communications campaigns.
• Collaborating with the company’s marketing function as needed on tactical marketing communications, with a focus on increasing awareness and visibility of TSV brands and products and positively influencing customer buying decisions.
• Handling other projects as requested.
