The Food Service Worker position is located in a higher education setting. Essential Responsibilities:
• Prepare menu items strictly following established recipes.
• Prepare raw foodstuffs for final cooking stages.
• Adhere to the guidance and instructions of the Culinary Lead at all times.
• Collaborate and coordinate effectively with the entire kitchen team.
• Cook and assemble all menu items according to specified standards.
• Ensure the kitchen area is well-stocked and organized.
• Clean and maintain all cooking utensils.
• Interact with scholars (students) and teachers as required to provide excellent service.
• Maintain clean service areas.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
• Promptly alert the Culinary Lead of any workplace problems or issues.
