Job Description

This is described as a fast-paced, results-driven role, positioning itself as an opportunity to master capital raising and make a significant impact in healthcare Mergers and Acquisitions. Your Role (Capital Raising Intern):

Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage a pipeline of over 1,000 potential lenders and investors, ensuring consistent progress towards company goals through regular tracking and updates.
Cold Calling and Outreach: Dedicate the majority of your time to outbound communication, reaching out to new banks and equity investors via cold calls and other methods. The goal is to quickly build rapport with decision-makers and generate investment and financing interest for Dioun Health’s acquisitions.
Qualify and Convert Deals: Conduct effective conversations to assess if prospects are a good fit for financing and investment. A key performance indicator is to convert at least 50% of engaged leads into actionable opportunities for the next stage of the financing and investment process.
Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain detailed analytics on pipeline size, call volume, conversion rates, and deal progress. Utilize these data insights to refine strategies and improve overall results.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the President and Vice President to ensure a seamless flow of interested investors and lenders. This also involves supporting the team with tasks such as CRM updates, email newsletters, and various strategic initiatives.

Commission Structure:

2% of the investment capital raised from Equity Investors.
