About the Job Description:
The role is for a Project Management Intern at Xire.

Role Summary: This intern will be central to ensuring Xire’s projects remain sharp, organized, and progress efficiently. The role goes beyond simply updating project management tools; it requires understanding the big picture, identifying potential risks, and preventing anything from being overlooked. The intern will serve as a connective link across various teams, crucial for meeting deadlines and executing strategies effectively. This is presented as a genuine project management internship, suited for individuals who thrive on structure, clear communication, and accountability. Xire is looking for someone proactive, analytical, and willing to seek clarity.

Responsibilities:
• Managing and tracking both internal and external projects using ClickUp.
• Proactively following up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, rather than waiting for them to become overdue.
• Early identification and flagging of risks, scope issues, or bottlenecks, along with proposing solutions.
• Facilitating communication among the HR, marketing, business development, and operations teams.
• Documenting processes and assisting in building repeatable workflows.
• Providing leadership with weekly project updates and status reports.

Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfortable asking difficult questions and holding others accountable.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in project management, operations, or team coordination.

This Role Is for You If:
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and are proactive, taking initiative without needing constant direction.
• You are sharp, assertive, and motivated to be the primary person keeping projects on track.
• You are enthusiastic about building systems that enable organizational scaling.
• You prioritize outcomes and execution over merely “checking boxes.”

This Role Is Not for You if:
• You require multiple reminders to complete tasks.
• You are hesitant to communicate when deadlines or priorities change.
• You avoid accountability or allow overdue work to go unaddressed.
• You are seeking an “easy” internship rather than a high-responsibility experience.

Weekly Commitment:
• Initially, 5–10 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as responsibilities grow.
