Job Description: Business Operations Analyst Internship

This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity for Summer 2026, located at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Objective:
The internship aims to help students boost their analytical skills and kick-start their careers by providing hands-on experience working with professionals. It offers a pathway to potentially join Uline full-time upon graduation.

Possible Team Assignments:
Interns may be assigned to various operations, including:
• Executive Operations
• Warehouse / Distribution Operations
• International
• Sales
• Supply Chain / Logistics

Position Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities of a Business Operations Analyst Intern include:
• Building reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, or PowerBI, based on specified data and business requirements.
• Analyzing data to uncover insights that tell a broader story.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to management.
• Identifying trends and suggesting business improvement opportunities within their assigned department.

Minimum Requirements:
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Be a Junior-status college student only.
• Possess previous data analysis internship or coursework experience.
• Demonstrate strong Excel skills.
• Experience with SQL or PowerBI is a plus (desirable but not mandatory).
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
