Job Title: Fashion Week Intern (Unpaid)

Location: New York City

Duration: One-day, in-person opportunity on September 3, 2025

Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. Academic credit may be arranged through your school, subject to their approval.

Role Overview:
KCMCONNECT is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join their team in New York City for a signature NYFW showroom activation. This hands-on, one-day role provides valuable exposure to the fast-paced world of public relations, event production, and brand activations within the high-profile fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities:
• Gaining firsthand insight into the preparation for high-profile fashion week activations.
• Assisting with the setting up, styling, and management of a curated showroom environment.
• Engaging in guest relations, interacting with press, influencers, and celebrities.
• Learning about event operations, from load-in to wrap-up, including on-site troubleshooting.
• Direct involvement with product displays, brand activations, and gifting moments.
• Understanding how PR strategies drive brand awareness, media coverage, and influencer partnerships.

• Must be based in New York City and available in person on September 3, 2025.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to learn individuals.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• Possesses a genuine excitement for the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or wellness industries.
• Ideally, a student or recent graduate in communications, public relations, events, marketing, or related fields.
