Job Description

Role Title: Sales Intern

Location: Rogers, AR or Minneapolis, MN

Job Summary:
SC Johnson is seeking a Sales Intern to join its sales team, which is responsible for executing the company’s brand strategy. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact the SCJ business while gaining significant professional experience. The intern will be assigned a core project that requires cross-functional support from sales, marketing, and customer marketing teams. This experience is designed to provide valuable insight into the consumer products (CPG) space and how a leading company operates in the market.

Key Skills to be Developed during the Internship:

• Analytical: Focus on analyzing and assessing current business challenges within the customer base to uncover insights and unique solutions.
• Creative: Opportunity to demonstrate creativity through shopper insight-based experiences, selling tactics, and unique perspectives on the shopper’s path to purchase.
• Strategic: Involvement in elements that align with SC Johnson’s broader strategy, demonstrating its representation in execution.
• Presentation: Culminating in a presentation to leadership where findings, results, and recommendations will be shared.

Required Experience You’ll Bring:

• Enrollment: Must be enrolled and seeking a bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Graduation Date: Must have a graduation date of May/June 2027.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.
• Availability: Available to complete the internship from May 18, 2026, through August 7, 2026.

Preferred Experiences And Skills:

• Prior Internship Experience: Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business, with Consumer Product Goods (CPG) experience preferred.
• Leadership: Involvement and leadership roles in various school activities.
• Technical Skills: Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal communication skills for developing internal and external relationships.
• Work Ethic: Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering results in a fast-paced work environment, fostering a sense of ownership and curiosity.

Job Requirements:

• Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday.
• Duration: 12-week summer internship.
• Remote Work: This position is not eligible for remote work.
• Relocation: This is a developmental position, and the candidate will most likely relocate for future opportunities.
