About the Job: Boeing Summer 2026 Internship Program – Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S)

This is a paid internship program for motivated, enthusiastic, and innovative students. The Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) department at Boeing is seeking talented students to contribute to delivering best-in-class technological solutions to its business, partners, and customers.

Internship Focus and Opportunities:
Interns will be assigned projects that leverage and expand upon the skills developed during their academic studies, providing challenging and meaningful work. Opportunities are available across a diverse range of disciplines, including:

Internship Experience Highlights:
Over the 10-12-week program, interns will:

Work Location and Arrangement:
The positions have varying work arrangements:
Hybrid: Requires some onsite work at a listed location, at the hiring team’s discretion, subject to future changes.
Virtual: Opportunities that do not require applicants to live near a Boeing facility.
100% Onsite: Requires working onsite at one of the listed location options.
Relocation: Some positions offer relocation support based on eligibility.

Citizenship and Security Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship: Some positions may require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, for which U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
Export Control: Some positions must meet Export Control compliance requirements, necessitating a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 (including US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
Visa Sponsorship: The employer is not willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Basic Qualifications (Required):
• Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2026.
• Currently an enrolled student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2026.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired):
Majoring in: Computer Science, Data Science (Major or Minors), Computer Engineering, Statistics, Math, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Programming (Python), Machine Learning, Generative AI, Analytics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.0 or above).
• Previous internships or work experience, and/or involvement with student or civic organizations.
Passion for the aerospace industry and genuine interest in a career with Boeing.
• The ability to relocate and work onsite.

Compensation and Benefits:
Summary Pay Range: $43,000 – $71,000 (annualized; actual pay is based on candidate experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations for the internship duration).
Total Rewards Package: Includes competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.

Shift: These positions are for first shift.
