Job Description: UX Research Internship
This is a paid, full-time, 12-week UX Research Internship scheduled for Summer 2026.
Location: Corporate Headquarters, 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158.
Internship Goal:
The primary goal is for the intern to learn how to conduct user research and enhance the website experience for Uline’s B2B website, leveraging Uline’s growth and stability for potential long-term career possibilities.
Position Responsibilities:
The intern will be responsible for:
• Conducting user research for business projects, which includes:
• Writing test plans.
• Creating deliverables.
• Presenting insights.
• Utilizing data and findings to promote customer-focused design decisions.
• Assisting with:
• Design workshop facilitation.
• Stakeholder interviews.
• Competitor analysis.
• Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to execute UX projects.
Minimum Requirements:
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Academic Status: Must be a Junior-status college student only.
• Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, human factors, UX design/research, or a related field.
• Portfolio: Must have a portfolio exhibiting UX Design/Research experience.
• Skills: Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
