Job Description: UX Research Internship
This is a paid, full-time, 12-week UX Research Internship scheduled for Summer 2026, located at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The internship aims to provide hands-on experience in conducting user research to enhance the website experience for one of the country’s top B2B websites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research for various business projects, which includes tasks such as writing test plans, creating deliverables, and presenting insights derived from the research.
• Utilize data and research findings to actively promote customer-focused design decisions.
• Assist in the facilitation of design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to successfully execute UX projects.
Minimum Requirements for Applicants:
• Must be a Junior-status college student only at the time of the internship (Summer 2026).
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as psychology, human factors, UX design/research, or a related discipline.
• Possession of a portfolio showcasing UX Design / Research experience.
• Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills.
