Job Description: UX Research Internship
This is a paid, full-time, 12-week internship scheduled for Summer 2026 at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The internship is designed for individuals ready to launch their career in User Experience (UX) Research.

Position Responsibilities:
Interns will be actively involved in various aspects of UX research, including:
• Conducting User Research: For various business projects, this includes writing test plans, creating deliverables, and presenting insights.
• Promoting Customer-Focused Design: Utilizing data and findings to advocate for design decisions that prioritize the customer.
• Assisting in UX Activities: Supporting design workshop facilitation, conducting stakeholder interviews, and performing competitor analysis.
• Collaboration: Working closely with business analysts and stakeholders to successfully execute UX projects.
Minimum Requirements:
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Academic Standing: Must be a Junior-status college student only.
• Field of Study: Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as psychology, human factors, UX design / research, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Possess a portfolio showcasing prior UX Design / Research experience.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
