Job Description: Summer Internship Program

This detailed job description outlines the tms Summer Internship Program, which is designed to foster skills and provide practical experience for aspiring professionals.

About the Internship Program:
The tms Summer Internship Program is structured to be an inclusive experience, offering hands-on engagement with clients and cross-functional teams. A key objective is to promote numerous networking and relationship-building opportunities with industry leaders, mentors, and peers across the business.

As an intern, participants will have the unique opportunity to fully integrate across various business units and departments at tms. The program also focuses on team-building and strengths-building activities. Throughout the summer, interns will:
• Take part in real client projects.
• Collaborate with other tms interns on a Capstone project, which will be “pitched” to the agency at the program’s conclusion.
• Participate in various panels, lunch & learns, and group activities specifically designed to provide career tips, guidance, and best practices.

The overarching goal of the program is to help foster the minds of future talent who will develop and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life within the industry.

Skills and Experience Required:
To be considered for this internship, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
• Currently a Rising Junior, Rising Senior, or a Recent Graduate.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Solutions-oriented with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an enjoyment for building relationships and collaborating with others.
• Proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong time and project management skills, with comfort in juggling multiple tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Resourceful and a proactive self-starter.
