About the Job Description
This is for a UX Research Internship at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters, a paid internship scheduled for Summer 2026.
Job Title: UX Research Internship
Location: 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 (Corporate Headquarters)
Duration: Full-time, 12-week internship
Overall Goal: To learn how to conduct user research and enhance the website experience for one of the country’s top B2B websites, with potential for full-time employment upon graduation.
Position Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research for business projects, which includes:
• Writing test plans.
• Creating deliverables.
• Presenting insights.
• Use data and findings to promote customer-focused design decisions.
• Assist with:
• Design workshop facilitation.
• Stakeholder interviews.
• Competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to execute UX projects.
Minimum Requirements:
• Junior-status college students only.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
• Psychology.
• Human factors.
• UX design / research.
• A related field.
• A portfolio exhibiting UX Design / Research experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
