Job Description
This is a Business Outreach Intern (Paid Internship) position.
• Location: Ellicott City, MD (Hybrid – a mix of remote and in-office work).
• Compensation: $15–20 per hour (commensurate with experience).
• Duration: 8–12 weeks (scheduled for Fall 2025, with potential for extension).
• Role Focus: The internship aims to expand the firm’s reach and strengthen its community impact, particularly ideal for individuals interested in business development, marketing, or finance.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
• Conduct outreach to HBCU alumni using various communication channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule initial consultations with prospective clients for the firm.
• Provide support for financial literacy events and promotional campaigns organized by the firm.
• Perform research and engage with local businesses and community organizations.
• Maintain and track all outreach activities and results within the firm’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Demonstrates organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks.
