Job Description (Detailed):

This role is for a Financial Services Actuarial Intern. It promises an exciting and challenging experience designed to foster continuous learning and development within the actuarial field, supported by experienced professionals.

The internship is structured as a 12-week summer program located in Columbus, Ohio.

Key Learning and Experience Areas:
Participants will gain valuable experience in crucial actuarial functions, including:
Actuarial pricing
Product development
Valuation
Financial reporting
These areas will cover various financial products such as life insurance, annuities, and retirement plans.

Qualifications:
Nationwide is seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
Academic Pursuit: Students actively pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or possessing a similar background in modeling, programming, or quantitative analysis.
