Job Description: Sourcing Business Analyst Intern

Qorvo’s Internship Program is specifically designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program. It offers a comprehensive experience focused on providing real-world work, exposure to upper management, and potential pathways to full-time opportunities.

Specifics of the Sourcing Business Analyst Internship:
This internship is offered within Qorvo’s Global Operations business groups. The exact projects and responsibilities will be tailored based on the specific business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Key Responsibilities May Include:
• Assisting the Supply Chain Architecture team: Supporting project deliverables and cross-functional activities related to supply chain risk, supplier on-boarding, and product compliance.
• Engaging in supply chain risk monitoring: Assisting with research, conducting supplier surveys, monitoring events, and generating reports using various tools and platforms.
• Extracting, cleansing, and analyzing procurement and supplier data: Identifying trends, assessing risks, and providing actionable recommendations to support sourcing strategies.
• Participating in supplier interactions: Assisting with on-boarding efforts and gathering essential data for risk assessment and category management.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives: Analyzing processes, standardizing workflows, and creating clear documentation for best practices.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Data Tools Exposure: Experience with one or more data visualization and automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, or VBA.
• Prior Experience (Preferred): Some experience working with procurement, sourcing, or vendor data is preferred.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Work Ethic: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrates strategic vision, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Other Information:
• Visa Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by Qorvo.
• Pay: Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience, ranging from $25-$34 (subject to change dependent on physical location). Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges based on the candidate’s experience/qualifications, external competitiveness, and internal comparability.
