Job Description: Digital Marketing Intern

Terms of Employment: Part-Time, no more than 20 hours per week, at a rate of $20 per hour.

Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Intern role is for an individual with a strong desire to learn digital marketing automation and CRM management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be creative, analytical, and capable of meeting deadlines. This intern will support digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Performance Marketing team and an external marketing agency. Responsibilities include assisting with campaign setup, coordinating creative assets, and tracking performance using tools like ClickUp and HubSpot. A passion for education (K-12) is strongly preferred.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Support marketing automation workflow development, lead scoring, and data entry processes within HubSpot for tracking and enabling digital ad campaigns and in-person events.
• Assist with various digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and landing page optimization.
• Help coordinate projects between the internal team and the external marketing agency.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Events team to ensure all event activity is accurately reflected and measured in HubSpot.
• Assist with social media advertising video production, including scripting and basic editing.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide assistance with reporting and data analysis.
• Conduct research on digital marketing trends, competitor campaigns, and insights within the educational industry.
• Create and maintain campaign documentation and track project progress.
• Support landing page creation and A/B testing initiatives.
• Assist in writing compelling ad copy, landing page content, and basic marketing materials.

Position Requirements:

• Currently majoring in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field at an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated experience meeting deadlines and communicating project status regularly.
